If your allegations are substantiated, the offending member or employee may face criminal or administrative proceedings depending on case facts. Malicious or deliberately made false accusations made against members or employees may result in criminal prosecution against the offending party. You will be contacted within 14 days to advise you of the investigation's progress. You will be contacted to notify you of any change of status, and you will be contacted at the conclusion of the investigation to notify you of the investigation's results.
